I love how this yoga session is more about feeling and knowing what’s right for you. The session s are also something different from my practise at home as the yoga leader tries different things, pushing herself and us. The hour is very therapeutic and restorative. 

I absolutely love Maisie’s classes. I’m new to yoga but have found these classes really beneficial and I look forward to going each week. Maisie is an excellent teacher that is patient and thoughtful and always brings something new to her class each week. I would highly recommend them.
